We keep this simple, because our website keeps things simple. This site exists so you can learn about our work and get in touch. Here is exactly what information it handles and how.
Estimate requests. If you submit our contact form, we receive what you type — your name, phone number, property location, service needed, and message — along with the date, time, and the IP address the request came from (a standard anti-spam measure).
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard technical logs of visits (IP address, pages requested, browser type). We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
That's it. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not use social media pixels.
Estimate-request information is used for one purpose: responding to you about your yard. It is delivered to our business email and our internal notification system, and stored on our own private server. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. Ever.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers; Google's privacy policy applies to that request. Links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. Our contact form and lead handling run entirely on our own server — no third-party form services.
